National Awards Beckon
Scotland TranServ is this week counting down to the prestigious National Transport Awards.
The South West Scotland operating company has six finalists battling it out in five categories at the highway industry Oscars.
TRISS Operative Darren McLaren is nominated in the Frontline Employee category, while our Road Safety Team has two nominations in the Road Safety, Traffic Management & Enforcement category. Meanwhile, alongside Transport Scotland we also have finalists in the Innovation and Technology categories. And finally, our M8 LED Replacement programme is nominated in the Sustainable Transport category.
Andrew Blanch, Scotland TranServ’s Operating Company Representative said:
“Just to receive so many nominations for our industry’s most prestigious awards event, is testament to the hard work and dedication of our teams. Working closely with Transport Scotland, they consistently prove to be at the top of their game.
“Already this year we have lifted three Scottish Transport Awards and received further accolades in ecology and public relations. Across the board, Scotland TranServ is delivering for commuters and businesses across South West Scotland, and receiving such acknowledgement from our peers is kindly received as recognition of such efforts.”
The Transport Times, National Transport Awards will be held at the Park Plaza Westminster Hotel on Thursday 31st of October.
