The image shows an organisational chart detailing the Operating Company's Representative, Norrie Westbrook, and his reporting function to the Joint Venture Board. It also shows our Management team structure with its reporting function to the Operating Company Representative. The management consists of Network Manager, Technical Director, Business Support Manager and Commercial. These managers are in turn responsible for teams within their designated responsibilities. The Company operate Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems who's managers answer to the Joint Venture Board. The Operating Company is supported by its supply chain partners and Parent Company group support including, but not limited to Plant & Vehicles, Human Resources, Business Information Technology, Public Relations, Legal and Specialist Design Services.
